Terms of service for this website and the purchase made through it.

1. Scope

These terms govern pay2clone.com — this website, the public demo, and purchases made through it.

The software itself is licensed separately, under the license shipped with the source. Where these terms and that license conflict about the software, the license controls.

2. The public demo

The demo is provided for evaluation, without warranty and without any promise of availability.

It resets every hour and its data is erased with it. Do not rely on it for anything, and do not put anything into it you are not willing to lose.

You must not use the demo to attack the service or anyone else — including attempts to gain access you were not granted, to send unsolicited invitations, or to exhaust the resources of the deployment. We may block access to the demo at any time, for any reason, without notice.

3. Purchases

A purchase grants a license to the software on the terms of that license. It is not a subscription to a service we operate for you: you deploy and run the software yourself, in your own infrastructure accounts.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply where you are. The payment provider handles the payment and issues the receipt.

4. Refunds

If the software does not work as described, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.

A refund ends the license granted by that purchase, and repository access is withdrawn.

5. Availability of this website

We aim to keep this site up, but we do not promise that it will be available at any particular time, or that it will be free of error. We may change or withdraw any part of it.

6. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or to any system behind it, interfere with its operation, or use it to distribute anything unlawful.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or end your access to this website and to the demo if you breach Acceptable use or The public demo, or if what you are doing threatens the service or the people using it.

We aim to be proportionate. Where the problem is something you can put right and waiting costs nobody anything, we will say so first. Where it is an attack, unlawful content, or an attempt to reach data that is not yours, access ends immediately and without notice.

Losing access here is not the same as losing what you bought. A purchased license ends only on its own terms, and repository access is withdrawn only in the cases those terms and Refunds describe. Every snapshot you were already entitled to stays yours, to keep and to run. Blocking an address on this site does not revoke a license.

Whether to restore access afterwards is our decision. Liability, Governing law, and this section survive any termination.

8. Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for loss of data, arising from your use of this website or the demo. Liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version published on this page at the time of a purchase is the version that governs that purchase.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China. The courts with jurisdiction over our registered address have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
